TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA – July 4, 2018 – Spark Power Corp. (“Spark Power”), a leading independent electrical power services and solutions company, today announced the completion of a transaction to acquire Bullfrog Power (“Bullfrog”), Canada’s leading green energy provider. Bullfrog will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Spark Power.

The acquisition will enable the two organizations to create the “Utility of the Future,” offering smart, innovative and sustainable solutions in solar, storage, EV infrastructure and other energy efficiency technologies. Customers will be further empowered to fight climate change and help build a smart, sustainable grid.
