Shop at your local farmers’ market

If you live in the Greater Toronto Area, the Evergreen Brickworks Saturday market is a popular semi-outdoor market that is also offering a free gingerbread house assembly event at Café Belong on December 22. The Brickworks and the event are both bullfrogpowered!

On the East Coast, head to the Seaport Farmers Market, where you can listen to great live local music, pick up some local produce, wine, gifts and more. While you’re there, you can learn about the building’s many sustainable technologies, and visit the nearby bullfrogpowered Garrison Brewing Seaport Market—situated in a historic property—for samples of their craft brews.
