Profile – Upper Canada College

“We want the students of Upper Canada College to enter the working world with a mature understanding of their role in promoting sustainability and environmental good citizenship. That means we need to walk the talk on our school grounds and in everything we do. The switch to Bullfrog Power is one good example of how we’re doing this.”

Stephanie Foster
Executive Director of the Centre for Environment and Sustainability

The Green School oversees several initiatives, including energy and water conservation programs, a recycling program, and educational initiatives. As part of the Green School program, UCC has switched all of its school residences, including the boarding houses and faculty and staff residences, to green electricity from Bullfrog Power.
