Earth Rangers is a registered charity committed to inspiring children with a lasting passion to build a better future. Founded in 1999 by Robert Schad, the organization is driven by the belief that all children should have a healthy environment, an education and a chance to reach their full potential. This includes growing up with access to clean air, water and safe places to play and learn.

Earth Rangers leads by example in environmental education and conservation through the development of the Earth Rangers Centre in Woodbridge, Ontario. The Centre is a landmark in Canada for energy efficiency and is an example of living well within the natural world. As a certified LEED® Gold facility, the building showcases leading-edge sustainable technology and highlights how progressive thinking and environmental design can lead to a reduction in our increasingly destructive footprint.
